This includes identifying your target customers, the value you bring them, plus messages and channels needed to gain their attention.

With the solid foundations provided by strategy, creating a plan of action and executing it consistently is essential. In fact, without it you will struggle to achieve your marketing and commercial goals.
Campaigns using relevant channels will be created, executed and analysed. Therefore, you can continue what works and stop or refine something that isn’t.
